I’m Zoe — the person behind Madrose Management.

I’ve spent over 20 years working across administration, HR, compliance and legal, supporting businesses in all sorts of industries. It’s given me a solid understanding of how things really run behind the scenes — and a natural ability to keep everything organised, on track, and running properly.

I’m a big fan of structure, lists and knowing where things are (probably more than most). I like things done right, done efficiently, and without unnecessary fuss.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, a mum, and a dog mum… so life is busy, full, and very real. I understand first-hand how quickly things can pile up, and how much of a difference the right support can make.

I’m friendly, approachable, but very much no-nonsense.
I won’t overcomplicate things or dress things up. I just get on with what needs to be done.

I’ve always loved to travel.

Planning trips, researching options, organising every detail — it’s something I’ve naturally always done (and genuinely enjoy).

Becoming an independent travel agent felt like a natural extension of that.

Now I help others plan stress-free, well thought-out trips… taking care of the details so they can simply enjoy the experience.
